The …………………. by renting it, the tenants obligate themselves to comply with the following rules:

RENTAL AND USE RULES:

  • Only persons over the age of 14 may rent ………… device(s)/machine(s).
  • The tenant must declare the use of …… equipment/machine.
  • The lessee and his colleagues must not be under the influence of alcohol or other mind-altering substances. Otherwise, they cannot rent …………. (device/machine).
  • The lessee is obliged to fully reimburse the rental fee before use, fill in and sign the rental conditions and declaration of responsibility.
  • The tenant assumes responsibility for the damage caused and is obliged to compensate it!

RENTAL TERMS

  1. General section
  • The lessee acknowledges that he may lend and use the RENTED EQUIPMENT/MACHINE only at his own risk, and that everyone bears full financial and safety responsibility for the rented equipment.
  • The borrowed device/machine can only be used in accordance with its intended purpose, the Lessee is responsible for damages resulting from and/or caused by improper use.
  • The lessor is responsible for the installation and repair of the equipment/machine to be rented, the removal and installation of their accessories, the lessee may not carry out such activities without permission.
  • The Lessor declares that he has handed over a device/machine that is in a suitable condition from a technical and safety point of view.
  • Everyone is responsible for personal protective equipment.

  • The Lessee is obliged to return the device(s)/machine(s) on the day of the rental/or at the end of the rental during opening hours/at the agreed time.
  • The rental fee must be paid at the same time as the declaration is signed, according to the length of the rental period.
  • If the Renter extends the rental time by more than …… minutes/ ……. days, and to extend the rental period during the rental period, but no separate agreement was reached between the Parties at least a quarter of an hour before its expiration, the Lessor is entitled to impose an additional fee.
  • The rental period is determined from the time entered jointly in the rental log by the Lessor and the Tenant.
  • In case of delay, the additional fee is hourly rental fee/ … daily rental fee.
  1. Security

The lessee is obliged to fill out the rental agreement, to provide one of his identity documents, name and address.Present the document to the person in charge to ensure that the data is correct

  1. Injury, damage

The Lessee must report any damage, loss or theft of the equipment to the Lessor immediately.
In the event of a breakdown, it is forbidden to continue using the equipment/machine, the Lessor must be notified immediately, using one of the contact details provided by the Lessor.

Consequences of equipment/machines that continue to be used due to failure, additional and more serious errors resulting from the failure, and accidents and injuries resulting from such causes are the responsibility of the Lessee, and cannot be passed on to the Lessor and manufacturer.

  1. Lent period

The Lessee is obliged to return the device/machine to the Lessor at the end of the rental period.

  1. Compensation

If the device is returned in a damaged condition, regardless of whether the damage was caused by the fault of the Lessee or a third party, the cost of repair will be borne by the Lessee.

The Lessee is obliged to reimburse the cost of the repair to the lessor when the device is returned, or no later than 8 calendar days after the actual repair. In the case of abandoning the device/machine or its accessories, the lessee must reimburse the full purchase price.

  1. Landlord's responsibility, data protection
  • The lessor hands over the tools/machines in a technically inspected and faultless condition. Possible minor damages (not affecting normal operation) must be noted on the acceptance declaration.
  • The Lessor assumes no responsibility for possible accidents, damage caused to others, or possible personal injuries.
  • By signing the acceptance statement, the Tenant consents to the Lessor processing his/her personal data provided until the tenancy continues, or until the Lessor's claim based on it is reimbursed, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation. This statement also covers the recording of your data in the presented personal documents.
  • The Tenant confirms the authenticity of his personal data by signing the acceptance statement.

The Lessor guarantees that it will comply with the laws on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest, it will only manage the data of the Lessee in accordance with the management aspects of renting the device, it will not misuse them in any other form, it will not provide them to third parties. In case of misappropriation of the device, the Tenant, by signing the rental agreement, authorizes the Lessor to inform the police immediately based on the data in his possession.

The data controller informs the natural person contacting him of his rights related to the management of his personal data (his rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, he is entitled to file a complaint in court and NAIH, 1125 Budapest Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c. above mentioned contact details).
